Job summary

Ollie’s New Bern store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s appearance. You will handle front-end operations, greet customers, and drive sales by knowing current promotions.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, merchandising products, and supporting Ollie’s Army donation programs. The role requires a positive attitude and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
