Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and support front-end operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, merchandising, and in-store maintenance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, promoting current promotions, supporting donation programs year-round, receiving shipments, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance; Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.

Position Overview

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
