Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will warmly greet shoppers, operate the cash register with accuracy, and help customers understand current promotions to drive sales.

In addition to maintaining a neat front-end area, you’ll participate in stocking, pricing, and merchandising tasks while supporting donation programs. A positive attitude and reliable team player mindset are essential to succeed.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
