Ollie is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store appealing, with a strong focus on the front end of operations. You’ll greet shoppers, operate the cash register, and inform them about weekly promotions to help drive sales.

The role includes supporting donation programs like Ollie’s Army, maintaining store appearance, stocking, pricing, and merchandising tasks, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth checkout experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.

• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round. Maintain a conversion Rate of 26%.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
