Job summary

JFL Consulting, LLC in the DMV area is hiring a Software Engineer to design and develop dashboards and intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript. You will work with analysts to translate operational needs into responsive applications integrated with modern back-end services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years of front-end experience, React and TypeScript proficiency, IAT Level II, and a Minimum Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years front-end development experience.
• Experience developing applications using React and TypeScript.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, GSEC).
• Minimum Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reusable UI components, and interactive user experiences.
• Implement data visualizations and map overlays.
• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Iterate on usability with analysts.
• Write front-end tests.
