Expedition Technology in Herndon, VA seeks a Front-End Software Engineer for the Training Data Storefront team. You will translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive interfaces, integrate with back-end services via REST/GraphQL, and contribute to quality through testing.

You will work in an Agile environment, focusing on high-quality user experiences and modern open-source frameworks. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, and strong command of React.js, Next.js, and

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience.
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
• Frameworks: React.js, Vue.js, Angular, SolidJS, and/or Next.js.
• Typescript preferred; Javascript minimum.
• Knowledge of Vite, react-query, TailwindCSS, Openlayers, Playwright, Yup and/or MUI.
• Front-end markup languages and responsive design with Bootstrap.

Responsibilities

• Transform UI/UX designs into responsive front-end components.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services via RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Apply front-end best practices for performance optimization and secure communications.
• Use GIT for version control and manage codebases/branching.
• Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
