Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Developer to join the FADE program and build mission-critical, cloud and edge-native applications with advanced situational awareness.

You will lead front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript, collaborate with backend teams, mentor juniors, and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver scalable, secure software for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a TS/SCI clearance; polygraph preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of front-end development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern web application development tools.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.

• Engage with stakeholders and operations team to ensure high quality product development and use case satisfaction
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, WebSocket services, and distributed backend systems
• Collaborate with backend engineers and architects to leverage event-driven architectures
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
