Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Front End Software Developer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering next-generation mission management systems. You'll develop and maintain web apps with TS/SCI clearance, focusing on a seamless UI and cloud-native microservices.

In this role, you will build UI using Vue/React-style frameworks, implement automated tests, and integrate into an automated DevSecOps pipeline. The position is in-person, No hybrid or remote work allowed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Available to work in-person at CACIA facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
• Strong HTML/CSS and responsive design skills.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and websockets.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work within Agile/Kanban environments.
• Current Security+ certification or willingness to get it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on user experience.

• Troubleshoot bugs and collaborate with the agile team.

The Opportunity:

As a developer on thisexciting anddynamic program; you will bring your software development experience and perspective to work within a multi disciplined agile team in designing, developing,and maintaining next generation mission management applications.

We’ll look to you to help develop,troubleshoot,and maintaincloud nativemicroservices and auser interface (UI)for a data-rich application with complex user workflows.As a part of the development processand supporting user adoption, you will write automated testsagainst your code, deploy to a fully automatedDevSecOpspipeline, andhelp troubleshoot any bugs found.

Each day, you can expect to report a brief status at an agile stand-up meeting, dig into the highest priority work toaccomplishthat day, code with your teammates, andparticipatein TEMs as needed.

The job is fully in person in the SCIF with NO hybrid or remote possibility.

Technologies you will use include :

• Java:Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST microservices
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Frameworks like Vue3and Bootstrap
• Automated testing tools:Vite,Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
• Databases:PostGres,MySQL, Redis, AWS DynamoDB, etc.
• Cloud Services: AWS EC2, RDS, S3, SNS/SQS,andLamda.
• SCM and issue tracking tools like Git,Jira, Confluence, etc.
• DevSecOpspipeline tools such as Gitlab CI/CD, SonarQube,SAST, etc.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Available to work in-person at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO
• Clearance: Must have TS/SCI with CI poly (or be willing to take CI poly)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and websockets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communicationand collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work withintrueAgileKanbanprocesses and dynamic development environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with others in a team environment.
• Current Security+ certification (or the willingness to get it)

Desired:

• Experience withAgile methodologies and DevOps processesand tools

• Experience with Git / GitLab source code management tools
