Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and emergency procedures, including lifting, cleanliness, loss prevention.
• Assist customers and associates, guiding to resolve issues and maintain front-end service.
• Monitor front-end coverage and operations; coordinate breaks and assist with registers.
• Train associates on systems, procedures, scanning accuracy, and safety requirements.
• Oversee transactions, approve when needed, correct errors, ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure EAS systems function and deactivation logs are completed correctly.
• Prepare registers for opening/closing and maintain cash levels; assist cashiers.
• Promote company programs and discount initiatives to customers and staff.
