Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers.
• Greet customers by name whenever possible.
• Maintain neat and clean front-end area and store office functions.
• Handle cash processes, deposits and register checks; report variances.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end procedures and cash handling.
• Ensure MVP savings center KIOSK is functional and stocked.
• Perform sales associate tasks when scheduled or per surge plan.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards and practices.
• Notify QA of any cleaning issues or maintenance needs.
