Job summary

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and follow dress code.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Observe security standards and report any abnormal behavior to management.
• Secure front-end change drawer at all times when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation to comply with policy and health regulations.
• Frequently perform cashier and/or bagging functions.
• Frequent service desk/kiosk duties and bookkeeper tasks if trained.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
