Job Summary:

The Front-End Sales Representative is a position responsible for leading complex sales projects and initiatives within the water industry. This role centers on identifying and pursuing high-value sales opportunities, delivering advanced sales presentations, and developing effective strategies to enhance sales performance. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position includes mentoring and training junior sales staff and providing technical expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent work experience covering fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, CRM systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans, experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to travel (70%), mainly to Central America and the Caribbean
  • Fluent in English
