Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to understand and follow company policies and safety regulations
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and be able to perform job duties
• Must learn to use equipment and tools used for the job
• Must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
• Must complete the introductory period (30 or 60 days)
• Must perform all functions safely and wear approved clothes/shoes
• Must maintain any required licenses or permits for the position

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of shift and prepare required equipment and supplies.
• Collect trash and operate the compactor.
• Maintain clean floors and work areas; perform hourly clean sweeps.
• Collect, stack, and return carts to the front-end.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
