Job summary

Lexington-Real-Foods-Community-Cooperative in New York state is seeking a part-time team member to support quality, selection, promotion, training and stocking of products. You will help create an irresistible store experience for customers, run registers, perform basic math, and maintain accurate cash drawers.

You will assist in category management, ensure product rotation and in-store standards, and participate in team training.

Responsibilities

• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and process payments accurately
• Assist in merchandising and stocking to ensure fully stocked front-end displays
• Perform product cutting, weighing, wrapping, pricing and labeling per specifications
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with safety rules
