Job summary

Airswift is looking for a Project Development Engineer II (Front-End) to join a major O&G company in Spring, TX on an initial 12‑month assignment. The role focuses on front‑end project development for upstream locations, facilities, flowlines, and related infrastructure.

You will translate business objectives and technical inputs into execution‑ready scopes, support decision quality and stakeholder alignment, and coordinate regulatory, planning, and deployment interfaces in a technically

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering or related technical studies.
Experience in project development, execution, and planning.
Experience with early planning for well pads, tank batteries, well pad facilities, flowlines, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end project development and translate inputs into execution-ready scopes.
Support decision quality, stakeholder alignment, and project readiness.
Coordinate regulatory, land, permitting, constructability, equipment demand, inventory forecasting, and execution planning.
Interface with upstream development planning, operations, engineering, project controls, and supply chain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
