Job summary

Rwdy-Inc in Spring, TX is seeking an Execution Planning Advisor II (Front-End) to lead front-end development for upstream well locations and infrastructure, translating objectives into execution-ready scopes. You will collaborate across disciplines to define scope and prepare plans for gates, regulatory readiness, and risk-aware capital efficiency, with travel to Midland Basin fields.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
Previous experience with project development, execution, and planning activities is required.
Upstream unconventional project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end planning and scope development for wells, facilities, and related infrastructure from inception to design-basis readiness.
Translate objectives into clear, execution-ready scope documents for multiple stakeholders.
Support development milestones, including reviews and roadmaps, ensuring smooth transition from front-end to execution.
Coordinate with diverse teams to align scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
Provide options and tradeoffs to improve decision quality and capital efficiency.
