Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and manage the front end of store operations. You will help with merchandising and store appearance while delivering excellent service.

Greet customers, handle cash, know promotions, and support donation programs. This role requires evenings, weekends and holidays, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Applicable physical requirements are lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude and team player who serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers at entry and exit and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
