Job summary

Ollie’s Egg Harbor Township store is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the store looking inviting. You will handle transactions, greet guests, and support promotions and donation programs at the front of the house.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, pricing and merchandising products, and helping with truck arrivals while maintaining a clean and organized front end area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
