Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging – North America is seeking a Front End Attendant to support coil handling and material transport in the plant. You will operate forklifts, receive aluminum coils, and adhere to safety SOPs while helping the frontend production team meet daily targets.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to navigate computer systems, and a commitment to housekeeping and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with PPE standards.
• Experience in container manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to navigate computer-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (Class 1, 4, 5) to transport coils and materials.
• Receive and prepare aluminum coils.
• Follow safety SOPs and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Identify products, sizes, and labels; work from schedule.
• Collect scrap and load into baler; manage waste and pallets.
• Move and pile skids, pallets, or drums around the plant.
• Inspect lift trucks and perform basic maintenance like lubrication.
• Input data into the computer system for paperwork.
• Assist frontend production team as needed.
