Thrive Proactive Health is seeking a Front End Operations Manager to lead our Front Desk, Client Experience, and Marketing Engagement teams while supporting business admin and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions.
This is a leadership role, not just an administrative position. We’re looking for an operator, systems-builder, and people-developer—someone who brings focus, structure, and accountability to front-end operations. You’ll play a critical part in driving client engagement, optimizing systems and processes, and building a positive, proactive culture in our growing clinic.
Lead and coach the Front Desk team—build engagement, ensure accountability, and create a warm, seamless client journey
Support RCM processes—assist with payment posting, collections, AR management, and coordinate with the RCM Manager for smooth billing operations
Improve systems and processes—reduce complexity, minimize rework, and help define clear procedures and SOPs for front-end operations
Implement client engagement strategies—boost retention, build relationships, and inspire proactive care
Execute tactical marketing efforts—ensure Thrive stays top-of-mind for physicians, clients, and new leads through social media, email, and in-house campaigns
Manage business admin tasks—support payroll, compliance reports, and quarterly operational requirements
Drive accountability, metrics, and continuous improvement across the front-end team

Lead and manage the Front Desk team: daily huddles, coaching, accountability, and engagement
Elevate the client experience: deliver welcoming, seamless service that encourages retention and proactive care
Support RCM processes: assist with payment posting, collections, AR tracking, and collaborate with the RCM lead
Implement tactical marketing campaigns: engage physicians, clients, and the community through email, social media, and in-house promotions
Monitor key metrics: client engagement, conversion rates, AR days, and schedule fills to drive improvements
Manage business admin tasks: payroll processing, compliance reports, and quarterly operational requirements
Champion a culture of proactive care: promote client education, cross-service engagement, and wellness-centered outcomes

️ Calm under pressure, grounded, and solutions-oriented
️ Healthcare experience (Front Desk, billing, or operations) preferred
3+ years of experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare operations, medical billing, or front desk leadership
Proven people management and coaching skills
Familiarity with RCM processes and insurance billing basics
Understanding of marketing fundamentals (social media, email, client outreach)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and accountability skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a growth mindset
Ability to learn tools like Mindbody, QuickBooks, and marketing platforms
