• Serve as the division subject matter expert for Front-end applications and solutions.
• Coach, train and develop District Front-end Coordinators during weekly store visits, focusing on total store Customer Service and processes for improvement.
• Assist Store Management teams in effective utilization of ELMS and labor budgeting techniques to maximize productivity and customer service.
