Job summary

JobRx, Inc. seeks a Front-End Manager to oversee daily front-end operations across the pharmacy, including OTC, DME, and café areas, with travel between stores. You will drive customer service, merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention to ensure optimal inventory and presentation.

You will lead, train and schedule cashiers and café staff, enforce health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines, and collaborate with vendors to maintain stock levels and strong displays across locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-3+ years in retail or pharmacy front-end management.
• Travel: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between store locations.
• Technical: Proficiency in POS systems, basic bookkeeping, and Microsoft Office.
• Soft: Strong leadership and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Manage stock, merchandising, and vendor relations across locations.
• Oversee Fitzy's Café operations for freshness and safety.
• Handle cash, POS, deposits, and loss prevention.
• Lead, train, and schedule front-end staff; conduct reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and DME rules.
