Piggly Wiggly LLC is seeking an Office Worker to act as a versatile hub for both guests and management. The role blends customer service with essential administrative tasks, including handling monetary transactions and frontline operations, while ensuring smooth store functioning.

Applicants should be reliable, communicate well, and be comfortable with basic Word/Excel tasks. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required, with opportunities for growth in retail office

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage service counter as primary contact for transactions (Western Union, Bill Pay, Lottery, Money Orders, refunds).
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks: verify currency, reconcile tills, prepare bank deposits.
Lead front-end operations in the absence of Front-End Manager.
Answer and redirect store phone calls, take messages, use office equipment for word processing and spreadsheets.
Support back-office with clerical and organizational duties.
