Job summary

About the Role

Hands-on Front-End .NET Developer focused on building polished, user-facing interfaces with strong attention to detail. Individual contributor on the Product team who uses AI coding tools like Claude Code and collaborates closely with product, PM, and engineering leadership to turn specs into shipped features.

Role

Front-End .NET Developer (individual contributor) responsible for building polished, user-facing features with strong attention to spacing, states, responsiveness, and small interactions. Reports to the CTO and works closely with the Head of Product and Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and ship user-facing features focusing on front-end and UI quality.
  • Sweat the details: spacing, visual states, responsiveness, and micro-interactions.
  • Implement specs provided by Product, collaborating with PM and CTO.
  • Write simple, maintainable, consistent code aligned with team practices.
  • Champion the user by identifying friction and proposing improvements.
  • Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to speed planning, coding, and review.
  • Build small automations to improve team productivity and share learnings.
  • Listen to feedback, diagnose root causes, and implement durable fixes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to ship working software (portfolio, commercial work, open source, or strong personal projects).
  • Experience with the .NET stack: C#, ASP.NET .
  • An eye for design and visual consistency (layout, spacing, visual patterns).
  • Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of the workflow (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative posture.
  • Note: No minimum years of experience required; role cares about demonstrated craft.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure native services.
  • Experience working closely with designers or building/maintaining a design system.
  • Experience customizing or extending developer tooling (custom Claude Code commands, skills, MCP servers, etc.).
