Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a startup manufacturing facility in Michigan. You will manage an hourly team, ensure safety, and drive operational excellence while implementing Lean/Six Sigma practices and MDMP where applicable.

You will champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, shaping production quality and efficiency on a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends
  • Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology and / or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
