Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking a motivated Front-End Loader Operator to join our ready-mix plants across Florida. You will safely load and transport aggregate materials, perform daily yard housekeeping, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating a front-end loader.
• Experience in the concrete industry preferred.
• Safely load and transport aggregate materials using a front-end loader.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and safety; inspect equipment daily.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and load aggregate materials using a front-end loader.
• Load materials into the hopper in advance of tickets.
• Direct haulers to appropriate aggregate bins.
• Maintain washout areas per procedures.
• Perform daily yard housekeeping and loader inspections.
