Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking a Front-End Loader Operator to work at our concrete ready-mix plants in Florida. The role involves safely handling aggregate materials and performing daily yard housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe plant environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of loader operation experience, prefer familiarity with the concrete industry, and must be available Monday–Saturday. We offer competitive wages with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a front-end loader.
• Experience in the concrete industry preferred.
• Ability to work six days per week, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and load aggregate materials using a front-end loader.
• Efficiently load materials into the hopper for upcoming tickets.
• Direct haulers to the appropriate aggregate bins.
• Maintain washout areas in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform daily yard housekeeping to keep the plant clean and safe.
• Inspect and clean the front-end loader daily.
