Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete is hiring a Front-End Loader Operator for our Concrete Ready-Mix plants in the Calhoun, GA area. The role focuses on safe handling of aggregates, loader upkeep, and yard housekeeping to keep plants running efficiently.

You will work Monday through Saturday with overtime opportunities and a benefits package including health, life, and retirement plans. Join a long-standing, employee-owned company known for strong team culture and stability.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and load aggregate materials using a front-end loader
• Efficiently load materials into the hopper in advance of upcoming tickets
• Direct haulers to the appropriate aggregate bins
• Maintain washout areas in accordance with company procedures
• Perform daily yard housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe plant environment
• Inspect and clean the front-end loader each day
• Able to work six days a week, Monday – Saturday
