Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator for our Loudon, TN site. The role involves operating a front-end loader and forklift to load trucks, move materials, and support safe, efficient production in industrial settings.

Candidates must have 3+ years of loader experience, forklift and heavy equipment certifications, pass a drug screen and background check, and be able to work night shifts on a 3-on/3-off, 12-hour schedule. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end loader operating experience.
• Must have forklift and heavy equipment certifications.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; Austin cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader and forklift to load trucks and move materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and report equipment or safety concerns.
• Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and other required paperwork.
