Job summary

Barnhill Contracting Company seeks a Loader Operator to operate various front-end loaders on multiple sites as needed. You will load excavated materials, stockpiles, batch plants and trucks while performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring safe operation.

The role requires 1–2 years of loader experience, strict adherence to safety rules, and a reliable, team-oriented work ethic. Overtime may be required and the work environment includes outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• One to two years of front-end loader operations.
• Must abide by precise safety rules and policies.
• Reliable/trustworthy team player with good attendance and safety record.

Responsibilities

• Operates front-end loaders (e.g., Caterpillar, Kawasaki) across sites as needed.
• Loads excavated materials, stockpiles, batch plants, and trucks.
• May oil, grease, service and adjust equipment.
• Backfill trenches/excavations as required.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds; operate tools and ride on rough terrain.
