Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Front End Loader Operator in Shelton, WA to support daily production. The role involves loading raw materials, monitoring moisture, and coordinating with the production schedule to keep lines running smoothly.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years loader experience, strong coordination and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This temporary position may become full time, with benefits and a referral program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader operation experience in an industrial setting highly preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to set up production days and ensure proper blend and moisture content.
• Receive incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect quality of raw material and notify leadership of defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and maintenance of the loader.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding status of workflow.
• Other accountabilities as required.

Front End Loader Operator

Job Type: Currently temporary, may become full time
Shift Schedule: M-Th, 6a - 4:30p and F 7a - 3:30p
Salary: $22/hour

Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Front End Loader Operator Job Duties:

Raw Material Material Mixing and Intake Process:

• Mix material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days to ensure proper blend and moisture content.
• Receiving incoming loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect quality of raw material to standard and notify plant leadership of any defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and perform loader maintenance.
• Communicate with co-workers regarding status of work flow.
• Other accountabilities as required.

Front End Loader Operator Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to two years loader operation experience in an industrial setting highly preferred.
• Will need good eye, hand and foot coordination.
• Will need the ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task.
• Will need to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis and stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Will need to climb up and down stairs to get in and out of loader with no fear of confined spaces or heights.
• Requires the ability to do simple math calculations, use basic tools, and exhibit mechanical aptitude when conducting loader maintenance.
