Job summary

Clendenin Lumber Co. in Donalds, SC is seeking a Log Yard Technician to join our hardwood lumber operation. You will operate a front-end loader and knuckle boom to unload and load trucks, and you will grade and scale logs according to company guidelines.

This role requires adherence to safety and environmental policies, ability to work in a team, and willingness to work in hot, humid, and noisy industrial conditions. A valid South Carolina driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in yard/logging environments preferred.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Willingness to work in hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environments.
• Must maintain a valid South Carolina driver's license.
