Job summary

Matter Management Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Commercial Driver to safely operate front-end load trucks on a designated route, perform daily inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes courteous customer service, efficient time and route management, and accurate reporting.

You will participate in route servicing, document route activities, and collaborate with dispatchers and teammates to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience driving heavy commercial trucks.
• Class B CDL.
• Experience in auto loading garbage trucks is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the FEL truck on designated routes and disposal site.
• Courteously interact with customers, dispatchers and others daily.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag them per procedures.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable waste.
• Clean area around waste spills following safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and clean waste from packer blade and body.
• Complete route productivity sheets, DVIR and other reports.
• Maintain productivity standards to service customers on time.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
