Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Town of Webster, NY, is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, teach, and develop team members to ensure excellent member service and successful execution of membership programs and initiatives.

The Front End Lead is responsible for monitoring and coaching for membership experience goals and results, ensuring membership products are offered and member orders are processed efficiently and positively.
