Required Skills

• Excellent Leadership Skills with more then 15 years of experience in IT.
• Proven Architectural exposure in building and scaling eCommerce Application with an expertise in Backend and FrontEnd Technologies
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and backend teams to define and deliver cohesive and high-quality outcomes
• Own and manage the technical direction of client roadmap items, ensuring that it aligns with business needs and long-term goals.
• Experience in technologies like Shopify, NextJS , React , GraphQL. API Development
• Understanding of database systems such as RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them grow in their technical expertise.
• Willing to adapt to changes and support team members collaboratively dealing with disagreements constructively
• Understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, and analytics tools for eCommerce websites.
• Good to have some experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
