Job summary

The Exercise Coach® is seeking a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small group workouts to clients of all ages. The role offers comprehensive paid training and a raise after completing the initial program.

You will conduct initial consultations, lead sessions, track progress, and help grow the studio by selling monthly and package sessions. A dynamic, health-focused environment awaits with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
• Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally, and deliver clear instructions to the clients.
• People skills and personality: You must LOVE working with people! You must be very comfortable working with people and show energy and excitement while working with clients.

The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach

As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one‑on‑one and small group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day‑to‑day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety! Some of the things you would do in a regular week might look like this:
