Job summary

The Exercise Coach® is seeking an enthusiastic Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions across all ages. You will analyze client progress, conduct initial assessments, and drive client engagement while upholding the brand’s coaching methods.

Join a growing network with access to advanced fitness technology and company-paid certifications. Afternoon/evening availability and Saturdays are preferred to fit busy schedules.

Qualifications

The Role of a Certified Exercise Coach:

At The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day-to-day work will never get boring! Some of the things in a regular week might look like this:

• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
• Conducting initial consultations
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics

All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

This role is great for you if you have:

• Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins!
• Good Communication Skills: Be comfortable conversing in person, on the phone, being professional, and delivering clear instructions to clients.
• People skills and personality: This is an exciting studio and you must show clients energy and enthusiasm while working with them.
• Health and Fitness Education: A degree in a health-related field is preferred, but not required. Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is key. You do not need lots of training experience, but you should have working knowledge of good health and fitness practices.
• Schedule: Be available in the afternoon/evening hours and Saturday mornings
