Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging is seeking a Front End Maintainer to set up, adjust, repair and overhaul front-end equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read reports, diagnose issues, and perform precision inspection and reassembly to keep lines running.

The role requires 5+ years of mechanical experience, familiarity with hand tools and safe chemical handling, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to pass the Mechanical Aptitude test at 70% or higher.
• Mechanically inclined, familiar with hand tools and proper handling of chemicals/solvents.
• Minimum of 5+ years previous mechanical experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Setup adjusting repairing maintaining and overhaul of front-end related equipment.
• Rebuild, repair or overhauls types of front end can manufacturing and other equipment.
• Modify, remove, install, adjust, synchronize, make or repair equipment or parts as required.
• Read and interpret reports and plan repairs from instructions to perform overhaul and setup.
• Use precision measuring and gauging tools to inspect before, during and after work.
• Set up and test equipment under power to detect and correct mechanical issues.
• Operate and lubricate equipment and manage materials to keep operations running.
