Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years mechanical, fast-paced manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild, repair, or overhaul front-end equipment.
• Set up, adjust, synchronize, and repair equipment as required.
• Read system reports and determine repair and maintenance needs.
• Instruct, train, and certify other equipment mechanics as directed.
• Perform inspections and use precision tools for quality checks.
