Job summary

Belk is seeking a Manager, ITFront-End Engineering to lead a talented team building the e-commerce UI. You will guide architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and UX/UI to deliver scalable, high-performing front-end experiences.

You will own sprint planning, budget oversight, and release readiness while ensuring quality and timely delivery across initiatives in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems is required.
• Experience leading IT teams and budgets in Agile environments.
• 10+ years in development and delivery of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical guidance on front-end architecture and Next.js/React.
• Lead agile ceremonies, plan sprints, and remove impediments.
• Collaborate with PMO, Product, UX/UI to define roadmap and budget.
• Oversee QA, code reviews, and high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and manage cross-functional projects.
