Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a talented front-end engineer to join a small, collaborative team delivering UI for SaaS products. You’ll work from prototype to production with autonomy, shaping interfaces used by global brands.

Requirements include 3–5 years of UI development, familiarity with MVC/MVVM, OO design, and experience building interactive applications. You’ll collaborate with backend engineers and design teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Create prototypes to communicate user interactions and design concepts.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation of UI functionality.
• Participate in a collaborative engineering environment while independently owning assigned work.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative engineering team where your work can directly influence products used by major global consumer brands. You’ll have significant autonomy, the ability to contribute ideas from prototype through production, and exposure to a variety of technical and UX challenges. Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of user interface development experience
• Knowledge of MVC, MVP, and/or MVVM design patterns
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design
• Experience developing highly interactive software applications
• Understanding of website design and usability principles
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with React or a similar MVC framework
• Ability to provide code samples or an online portfolio
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
