Job summary

Inversion in Playa Vista, CA, is hiring a Front-end Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the UI/UX for simulation and test environments of flight systems. You will build data visualization and self-service tools to accelerate development and deployment across the engineering stack.

You will collaborate with back-end engineers, implement front-end architectures, and ensure responsive, high-performance interfaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret/Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain the client-side logic and interface of the applications that support simulation workflows, including HPC, SIL testing, and HIL testing.
• Develop the front-end tech stack to ensure performance and maintainability of applications.
• Design and implement a front-end architecture balancing simplicity and flexibility.
• Design and develop the UI for simulation configuration, management, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end with back-end and deliver a smooth UX.
• Contribute to a simulation system capable of automatically provisioning and deploying resources.
