Amazon Leo in Redmond, WA is hiring a Front End Engineer II to design, build, and ship features for the global e-commerce experience. You will work with React and Next.js, translate customer needs, and Collaborate across product, UX, marketing, and backend teams to deliver accessible, high-performance interfaces.

You will participate in AI-driven development workflows, review code, and mentor others while owning parts of the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.

Responsibilities

• Design and build front-end features for the Amazon Leo e-commerce platform using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, marketing, and backend teams to translate needs into accessible solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate feature delivery and improve infrastructure with AWS services.
• Participate in code reviews, coach teammates on front-end best practices, and maintain coding standards.
• Write clear documentation and train new team members on construction, testing, and operation.
