Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with backend programming in Go is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles and UI/UX basics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a resourceful, hands-on mindset and ability to work through ambiguity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in the fintech space
• Professional experience in JavaScript
• Deep proficiency in Typescript and React
• Familiarity with backend programming in Go
• Solid understanding of key design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A humble and scrappy get‑it‑done mindset; resourceful and able to go from 0 to 100
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to independently layout and test clear hypotheses and solve problems without well‑defined direction

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience at a banking‑as‑a‑service, brokerage‑as‑a‑service, or payment‑as‑a‑service business
• Experience with digital assets (preferred but not required)
