Job summary

TeamStation AI is seeking a Front End Engineer for a 100% remote role across Latin America. You will bridge product design and front-end engineering, turning complex problems into elegant interfaces using React and React Native, and collaborating with design systems and accessibility best practices.

You’ll own end-to-end workflows from Figma to production, contribute to a scalable design system, and leverage AI-assisted design/development where it makes sense.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience spanning product design and front-end engineering.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design and production-ready front-end implementations.
• Expert-level Figma skills including components, tokens, auto-layout, prototyping, and handoff workflows.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, modern CSS, responsive layouts, and accessibility.
• Experience with design systems across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and translate ideas into user-centered solutions.
• Design end-to-end product interfaces in Figma, then implement them in React/React Native.
• Contribute to and evolve the shared design system for visual consistency and accessibility.
• Translate specs into performant, accessible front-end code with engineering teams.
• Advocate for user needs and test insights to refine experiences.
