Job Title: Front End Development Lead

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent end-to-end User Experience (UX) of a solution by collaborating with product management and user experience designers
• Lead the development process and implementation of the front-end solutions
• Design and implement UI components with right consideration for usability, performance and customization
• Provide creative solutions and guidance for the team
• Mentor other engineers in UI implementation
• Ability to work with UX Designers to translate designs into rich HTML Interfaces
• Should have designed and implemented UI for at least one medium to large scale multi-tiered application
• Strong interpersonal skills, Problem solving, Analytical skills, and mentoring ability
• Self-starter with demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Work closely with other teams including developers, designers and Quality Assurance (QA)
• Communicates with Managers, Team Leads and Product Owners to accomplish business goals

Technical Skills

• Proven proficiency with Rich Internet Applications (RIA), cross-browser web application development, UI technologies and Frameworks such as
