Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a Front End Developer to support two mission applications: an intelligence reporting platform and a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool.

Mid- to Senior‑level candidates are preferred, with emphasis on accessibility, modern front-end tech, and integration across multiple systems. On-site Maryland location and cross‑functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and strong HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals.
• Experience integrating front ends with back-end services and APIs.
• Knowledge of accessibility practices (Section 508/WAI-ARIA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enhance accessibility across interfaces and redevelop front ends with 508 in mind.
• Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot interfaces between multiple applications.
• Collaborate with teams to implement responsive, accessible UI components.

We have an immediate need for a Front End Developer to support the development and sustainment of two mission applications: one that tracks, administers, and archives requests for mission‑critical published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and partners around the world, and a high‑performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Mid- or Senior‑Level candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Enhancing the Section 508 accessibility of both current interfaces
• Redeveloping a new front end that incorporates Section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface
• Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications
