Job summary

Bedrosians Tile and Stone is seeking a Front-End Developer to implement and maintain digital interfaces across our ecommerce and marketing initiatives. You will build responsive, accessible web solutions aligned with brand and business goals.

The role requires 5-7 years in front-end development, strong HTML5/CSS/JS, React or Vue, and CRM integration with HubSpot. You will optimize e-commerce sites and collaborate with marketing to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of professional front-end development, UI/UX, and web design.
• Experience integrating CRM elements (HubSpot) within a website.
• Proven experience building and optimizing e-commerce websites (Shopify, Hybris/SAP Commerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or headless a plus).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks.
• Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of CRO, analytics (GA4/Hotjar), SEO, and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, mobile-first UI components and page templates for E-Commerce experiences.
• Build content with clean, scalable web technologies (HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar).
• Create UX elements to enhance navigation, site flow, and customer experience.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B tests, and behavioral analysis to optimize performance and conversions.
• Partner with IT and E-Commerce to maintain, update, and troubleshoot website functionality (HubSpot CRM).
• Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to implement assets, style guides, and design systems.
• Support marketing campaigns through landing pages, banners, and promotional experiences.

Brief Summary:

The Front-End Developer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the digital interfaces that shape the company's digital customer experience. This role contributes to the success of E-Commerce and marketing initiatives by developing responsive, accessible, and visually engaging web solutions that align with brand and business objectives. The position requires balancing technical development with creative problem-solving to enhance usability, performance, and conversion across digital platforms. This role collaborates with other members of the marketing team to ensure the delivery of cohesive, high-quality digital experiences that support company growth and operational excellence.

Essential Functions

• Design and Development
• Develop responsive, mobile-first UI components and page templates for E-Commerce experiences (web site, email campaigns, social media posts, etc.).
• Build content with clean, scalable, and maintainable modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks).
• Build UX elements that enhance navigation, site flow, and overall customer experience.

• User Experience and Optimization
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with brand standards and UI/UX best practices.
• Conduct usability testing, A/B tests, and behavioral analysis to optimize site performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve UX across product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows.

• Website Management
• Partner with IT and E-Commerce to maintain, update, and troubleshoot website functionality, especially with the company's CRM (HubSpot).
• Manage and refine site content layouts, product page enhancements, and digital merchandising modules.
• Ensure all website updates adhere to SEO, accessibility, and performance standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with the Creative and Brand teams to implement visual assets, style guides, and design systems.
• Support Marketing campaigns through landing page development, on-site banners, and promotional experiences.
• Participate in project reviews and technical scoping sessions.

Required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in front-end development, UI/UX development, and web design.
• Experience integrating CRM elements (HubSpot) within a website.
• Proven experience building and optimizing E-Commerce websites (Shopify, Hybris/SAP Commerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or headless architectures a plus).
• Strong proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks
• Responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools.
• Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX testing tools, and analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO, WCAG accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.
• Capacity and desire to expand knowledge of software capabilities
• Take initiative to plan, organize, and complete assignments independently
• Initiate, maintain, and complete both short term and long-term projects simultaneously
• Able to work independently and work effectively as a member of a team

Preferred

• Experience integrating websites with CRMs, especially HubSpot
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Storyblok, Contentful, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with Salsify/PIM systems, Algolia search, or headless ecommerce ecosystems.
• Experience integrating front-end components with backend APIs.
• Background in retail, consumer goods, or high-traffic ecommerce brands.

Salary: $83200 - $104000 per year
