Your work will help developer communities re-imagine the capabilities of location-aware software applications that enable real-world improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain back‑end services and APIs
• Collaborate with front‑end developers and stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Maintain production systems and resolve issues as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Related Experience

• 2+ years of experience with web design and front‑end development
• Experience with front‑end libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.
• Background building high availability and high scalability solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Creative problem‑solving skills and proven good judgment
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field

PREFERRED

• Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
