Responsibilities:

As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement.

This includes defining solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Expert proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design is required.

Expert proficiency in React.js is recommended.

Additionally, advanced proficiency in Technology Architecture, Angular, Angular UI, and Operational Architecture is suggested.

Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance user experience.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.

Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that architectural decisions align with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of work experience

Minimum 5 years of User Experience (UX) Design experience

High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
